1. moulds

Die with ceramic heating ring and stainless steel temperature preservation layer ,

Heating equally , Heating control system : solid relay

Adopt Germany technology, special designed structure, electric heating , evenly temperature spreading, pressure stable and reasonable transfer, easy open and install.

Mould plate : 20-200holes

Re : die head will be one set , use for pp and pet.

But pp and pet will use different spray plate. The price include two sets spray plates, for pet and pp each one set.

inner material: 304 stainless steel. Outer layer and upper cover has thick insulation layer. Pipe heating, automatic temperature keeping. OMRON temperature controlling meter, SSR solid relay. K type temperature sensor. Precision of temperature display:0.1℃, tolerance : ±1℃. Water removing system installed at the end of tank
