Machine introduction :

The machine use to produce cable protection spiral hose.

We have two type of machine which can produce two type different of hose

Type A :directly extruding spiral hose machine

Machine include :  extruder –forming table —rotary mandrel mould—rotary haul off—winding barrel

Type B: extruding straight pipe —-then cut into spiral .

Machine include :  extruder –vacuum sizing water tank —haul off —spiral cutting system.

6. rotary haul off unit

with cylinder open and close shield ,  provide stable and strong haul off force to the hose.   ensure machine can produce high quality products.

7.  winding barrel

this unit keep the hose wind into rollers in the barrel. full stainless steel to make the barrel.  stable turning without noise.

8.  straight pipe  cut into spiral pipe.

this cutter can working seperately , also can working together with the straight pipe machine , cut pipe on line. this cutter can cut the pipe diameter from 2mm to 150mm.
