The product is made of wear-resistant PU material with copper plated spiral steel wire embedded. It is abrasion resistant, aging resistant, tear resistant, high transparent, light weight, soft, flexible bending, vacuum suction, electrostatic discharge of spiral steel wire grounding, compression ratio 3:1 and so on.

General information of the machine

• raw material :  PU (TPU+ copper coated steel wire)
• diameter range can make: 20mm-500mm
• length of hose:  according to buyer need
• speed of produce:  1-7meters per minutes according to the diameter
• controll:  digital display or PLC depend on customer need.
