* this machine use single screw extruder as the main unit. add die head, mould , forming table , winding units . some speicial usage hose also need hose middle slitting unit, siphon hose need corrugation collection unit and auto cutting unit.
* machine adopt PP PE PVC PA (NYLON). machien can produce different diameter hose : 6mm-120mm) for different usage.
* we have low speed and high speed two type of deisgn machine. price are differents according to speed.

what’s our special on this machine:

1)   we have electric cable passing the hose techlonogy during hose producing.  max can insert 9 pieces of cable same time.  see blow pictures :

2)   we have very mature siphon hose produce line   siphon hose shrinking and cutting on line.  we have different type of shrinking and cutting system:   by sensor and camera . this ensure the hose can be cut in a very high precision position.

3)  our machine can produce smallest diameter hose  5mm  , also can produce biggest diameter hose 120mm.
